Show Format
NEW FOR 2020! The club has decided to keep the 4th day for the show (two SPLIT/COMBINED shows). One Friday/Saturday and the other Saturday/Sunday.
SPLIT/COMBINED SHOW FORMAT DESCRIPTION (from AQHA website)
"Another efficient way for exhibitors to rack up more points is to attend a split/combined show. Any two consecutive shows (like a Saturday and Sunday show) can be combined into one show and split over two days. There are two judges and two sets of points and the class is held only once, a real bonus for exhibitors who are trying to qualify for the World Shows or earn year-end awards. Expect to pay two entry fees which is the norm for most split/combined shows."
SHOW SCHEDULE HAS CHANGED - we are working on reorganizing our show schedule. Please check back for more details.

Jerry Nanik Memorial Awards
In 2013, we lost a dear friend and dedicated horseman, Mr. Jerry Nanik. He supported our shows for many years and his smiles and hugs will be dearly missed. The club decided to implement two memorial awards in his honour and memory. Jerry's favorite classes were halter and trail.
We will offer a Champion of Champions Halter class where all grand and reserve winners from each division (mares, geldings and stallions - youth, amateur and open) will compete for an overall champion halter horse (sponsored by Colleen Wieringa). The class will be held Saturday after the last halter class.
We will also offer an trail award (sponsored by Noni Almond). The prize will go to the highest point winner in trail over the three shows. The division for this year will be announced soon!
